Static exercises will help you to achieve:
1) Shaping of the body A good muscular structure simply makes you feel and look better ! More self-confidence is one side effect. 2) Increased willpower As the old Romans said ‘Mens sana in corpore sana’ - a healthy mind in a healthy body. In fact, your mental flexibility will improve as well ! 3) Higher muscular strength Some of the exercises might be known to you from sports, Yoga or other exercises. Effect guaranteed - as long as you practise them. 4) Detoxification Exercises like the whirlwind lead you to your bending limits of the spine, thus allowing you to extend your physical abilities.
Follow the principles for static exercises:
(1) Avoid sharp pain. (2) Concentrate on achieving a fluent move. Stand in front of a mirror from time to time to see how it looks like. (3) Try to maintain a slow breathing, even when it gets difficult. (4) Learn to withstand strain und feel your increasing will power. (5) It is advisable to exercise static exercises every 2-3 days in the beginning, unless for a specific reason it is recommended to train them more often.
