Cultivation of the body

The development of the body can be trained to achieve something called ‘gong neng’, spectacular abilities, like breaking wood or stones with kung fu techniques. Through the agglomeration of chi (energy) and the ability to direct it towards a certain goal, one may acquire a good command of physical achievements. There are kung fu fighting schools that utilise some of the Nei Gong techniques solely for this purpose. This does not mean that the in this respect knowledgeable person is highly developed !
Concentration on these targets actually is detrimental to any real inner healing processes.

The techniques taught in our seminars are designed to ...

1) ... awaken a better self-consciousness about your body.
2) ... harmonise processes in your body.
3) ... find quicker relaxation in daily life.
4) ... firm your body structure.
5) ... get a better balance in life.
6) ... improve well being.
7) ... find relief from stress-factors.
8) ... lead to a better health in general.

This can be achieved through elements like
- agglomeration of energy (without sending it somewhere)
- elements of detoxification.
- physical exercises for better fitness.
- understanding the philosophy.

... and putting these principles into practice - without any intention (this is important and at the same time very difficult for many beginners !).

                               ENJOY THE RESULTS !

And here you’ll find more about -> cultivation of the mind.
