Practising Nei Gong does not replace any necessary medical examination or treatment.

Basics

Nei Gong has deep roots in the ancient Chinese culture, that itself has a religious and philosophic, but also medical background, which should be mentioned, briefly.

Ethic Roots

The ethic roots are in Buddhism, founded in India by Gautama Siddartha Buddha (560-480 b.c.). Positive attitudes and realising them are the main issues - translated into modern language. Righteous conduct is the key, whether you are a religious believer of any stream or not, whether anyone notices it, or not. Just seeking more power by exercising Nei Gong is the wrong attitude ...

Philosophic Roots

Its philosophic roots are based an the Taoism. Taoism literally means ‘The Way’. And this is, what you may achieve with Nei Gong: getting on your INDIVIDUAL way, exploring your personal potential and getting reunited with your inner nature.

Taoism originally was founded as a philosophical school by Lao Tse, who lived in the 4th century a.d. Bipolarity, shown by the two poles of Yin and Yang is one Taoistic theme, that found its way into Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as well. To find the balance in life leads to a better and healthier being. Nei Gong balances and cultivates body and mind. Find out more about

Qi (Chi) - the energy

The Chinese word Qi (chi) stands for universal life energy. Some people are born with a comparatively low Qi, some have higher levels. Qi can be spent, but also accumulated. Nei Gong is one of the techniques, which which you can accumulate and balance Qi. The higher the Qi and the better its balance is, the healthier and happier is the person. The improvements with Nei Gong can be proven - by measuring a person bioelectrically before and after exercising with a meridian measuring device, the ETRE BioEnergyReader.

The purpose of this website and our Nei Gong teaching CDs is to get you into practising. There is a lot of literature on the above mentioned topics, so feel free to do some studies on your own.
